Company culture and employee morale are two important topics companies are discussing now more than ever. How do we get employees actively engaged and excited to come to work? How do we get employees where they need to be faster and growing to their highest potential?
The above picture is a representation of the most recent study about employee engagement by Gallup. The study found “engaged” employees at an all-time high in the last 18 years at 34% (red), “non engaged” employees at 53% (yellow), and “actively disengaged” employees at its lowest of 13% (blue).
